2010: B&B Theatres as opened the B&B Theatres Wildwood 10 with Marquee Suites, a state of the art 10-screen facility in the St. Louis suburb of Wildwood, MO. This theatre features, stadium seating, wall-to-wall curved screens, all-digital projection, Dolby 7.1 surround sound, two 21 and older luxury Marquee Suites, and a 56ft wide B&B Grand Screen®. The art-deco designed theatre is B&B's Flagship theatre with special amenities designed for the market.
2011: B&B Theatres added an additional screen to their Bolivar, MO location. B&B also took over the Colleyville Cinema+Grille and IMAX® in Colleyville, TX. B&B upgraded all auditoriums to digital projection including the IMAX. Lastly, B&B opened their brand new state-of-the-art Ozark/Nixa 12 facility in Ozark, MO. This theatres features all digital auditoriums with REAL-D® 3D capabilities. 2 more auditoriums will arrive in the spring! It also has the same amenities as other new B&B Theatres including stadium seating with high-back rocker -style seats, wall-to-wall curved screens, Dolby 7.1 in all auditoriums. The largest auditorium, the B&B Grand Screen®, boast a Massive wall-to-wall curved screen, 18” XL stadium seating risers, SLS speakers, Dolby 7.1 sound technology and features REAL-D® XL Digital 3D.
New projects for 2012 include:
Wylie, TX- B&B Theatres is pleased to announce a new state of the art all –digital-projection 12-screen theatre in the Dallas suburb of Wylie, TX. This 12-screen theatre will be situated along FM 544 and Country Club road, and will be across the street from the Wylie High School. All twelve (12) auditoriums will have stadium seating, with leather high-back rocker -style seats, and Christie digital projection, and in select auditoriums 3D REAL-D™ technology. All auditoriums will feature B&Bs latest design, with Dolby 7.1 digital surround sound as well as wall-to- wall curved screens, giving the customer a completely immersive movie-going experience. The largest auditorium will feature the B&B Grand Screen®, and will boast one of the largest screens in all of Dallas/Ft. Worth. The auditorium will feature an “awe” inspiring sound system with over 8,000 watts of sound, a massive floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall curved screen, XL stadium seating for unobstructed viewing, and leather high-back rocker -style seats, making it one of the nicest, and largest auditoriums in the nation. The B&B Grand Screen® will create a movie experience of epic proportions. B&B expects a fall 2012 opening date.
