B&B Live Rentals

Terms & Conditions

  1. All agreements are done on a “per rental” basis.
  2. Standard Daily Rentals allow access between 8:00am - 11:59pm. If renter arrives before or stays beyond the allowed access times, they must pay overages at the agreed listed rate.
    1. Billing time for any hourly rate rental begins once access is provided to the theatre and concludes when cleanup is complete. If renter exceeds the agreed rental period, B&B Theatres will provide a new invoice and renter agrees to pay the overages at the agreed listed rate.
  3. Renter may cancel no less than (14) days before the scheduled rental period begins. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by an authorized representative of B&B Theatres. Cancellations that are made less than (14) days prior to the start date will result in a charge of 50% of the contracted rental fee.
  4. Any and all changes/exceptions to this form must be done in writing and acknowledged by an authorized representative of B&B Theatres. Verbal changes or agreements are not acceptable.
  5. A 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied to your final rental fee.
  6. If the event is ticketed, renter must use B&B Box Office for all ticket sales (setup is included in all rental packages). After the event, B&B will subtract the rental fees from the box office proceeds and renter will receive the difference via check within (30) days. If any fees are still owed a\er the box office proceeds have been applied, renter will need to pay that amount to B&B within (30) days. Full Payment is due within (30) days following the event.
    1. If the event is not ticketed, thus not requiring box office services, renter must submit full payment within (30) days following the event.
  7. This venue offers reserved seating. The main B&B ushers will take/scan tickets when guests enter the lobby, however, the renters MUST provide ushers at the doors to the theater to hand out programs, show patrons to their seats, etc.
    1. The reserved seating function can be turned off if general admission seating is preferred. In this case, we still suggest you provide ushers to assist patrons, hand out programs, etc.
  8. B&B Gift Cards are unable to be used for payment of an auditorium rental.
  9. If showing a motion picture, television program or other similar media, renter must obtain a license from the copyright holder and/or distributor granting permission and/or acknowledging that the program is being presented at a commercial movie theatre. A non-theatrical license is not sufficient. B&B Theatres is not responsible for film distributor’s failure to provide product.
  10. Renter shall obtain and maintain, at its own cost and expense, comprehensive general liability insurance, properly protecting and indemnifying B&B with single limit coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00. Renter shall submit a certificate of such insurance with rental application.
