FAQs
When booking your party package online, feel free to add pizzas, soft drink pitchers, or Variety Kids Combos (kid-sized popcorn, fruit snack, and child drink) to your order! Your food and drinks will be ready when you arrive for the party!
Our full Sterling's menu is also available! You can order from our full menu once you arrive!
Yes! With your party package purchase, you're welcome to bring cake or cupcakes with you to celebrate!
No. Outside food & drinks (other than cake or cupcakes) are not permitted. Our Sterling's restaurant and traditional concession stand are available to enjoy during your event!

More the merrier! We recommend letting your Group Sales Representative know at least 48 hours before your event if your guest count changes! Bowling and arcade additional guests can be added on the day of the event, pending availability. Any additional guests can be paid for upon arrival.
To make sure your space and activities are perfectly reserved just for you, the originally requested guest count is paid in advance. If you need to make changes, reach out to your Group Sales Representative more than 48 hours prior to your event and we'll do our best to help.
Yes! Your deposit covers the full cost of the rental space and selected activities. Food and beverages can be purchased separately on the day of your event - unless you've chosen add-ons like pizza, soft drinks, or Kids Combos at the time of booking.
No problem! Food & Beverage details can be coordinated with your Group Sales Representative. The deposit covers your event space (& activities), and food can be purchased the day of - unless you'd prefer to pre-order one of our available party package options.
Plans change - we get it! Full refunds are available with 7 or more days' notice prior to your event. After that, the full amount is subject to forfeiture for cancellations. That said, we'll always do our best to offer reasonable accommodations, such as rescheduling, with at least 48 hours notice.
We'll take care of the essentials! B&B provides the reserved space (bowling lanes or a party room) during your scheduled time, along with tableware and napkins. You're welcome to bring your own plates and napkins to match your theme, too!
Absolutely! Balloons are welcome - just remember to take them with you afterward. Please avoid taping any decorations to walls, but weighted down balloons are encouraged. If you have décor questions not covered here, your Group Sales Representative is happy to help.
Please provide your tax-exempt documentation to your Group Sales Representative before booking so tax can be removed from your event purchase. Tax exemption cannot be applied to individual purchases, but it may be used for group Food & Beverage purchases.
