Its development team is widely regarded among the most thorough in the industry, and they work around the clock to evaluate opportunities in diverse markets to determine where, how, and when B&B Theatres might be able to expand to bring the magic of the movies to more guests across the country.

AMERICAN DREAM, EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – A huge commercial powerhouse deserves an entertainment center to match, and B&B is stepping up to the plate! The ‘sister’ center of the Mall of America, American Dream is a mere ten miles from Manhattan. Once complete, the facility will boast two Grand Screens, a screenPLAY!, a Lyric, a Max Relax, and a bevy of other standard non-theatrical B&B amenities which are still being determined. The facility will match the size and scope of the American Dream mentality, bringing excess, excitement, and scale to movie lovers!
BELTON, MO - B&B Theatres will serve as the anchoring provider for a 110,000-square-foot entertainment complex. The facility is planned to feature luxury cinema screens, diverse dining options, arcade games, indoor go-karts, and an expansive outdoor space including a bar and pickleball courts.
WOOSTER, OH - B&B Theatres will acquire the theatre located at 4108 Burbank Rd in Wooster, Ohio, marking the company's third entertainment location in the Buckeye State.
MANASSAS PARK, VA - A ground up new build in the Mother of States, B&B will open in Manassas Park, an exurb of DC. The lease is official and details are continuing to be fleshed out, but we can confirm 8 screens, including a PLF Grand Screen, all heated recliners, and the absolute best of B&B as installed, tried, and tested across the circuit.
Company History
B&B Theatres has been family owned and operated since 1924 when Elmer Bills Sr. opened a movie house in Salisbury, Missouri where the future Mrs. Bills played the piano for silent movies. During the company’s 100 years, and four generations of family involvement, it has seen the coming of sound, color, Technicolor, stadium seating, multiplexes, recliners and digital cinema. B&B continues to lead the industry in innovative and progressive cinema.
CURRENT OPERATIONS
B&B Theatres is the 5th largest theatre chain in America and operates over 500 screens at over 50 entertainment locations nationwide.
B&B’s non-theatrical amenities also include B-Roll Bowling, Outtakes Redemption Arcade, and three distinct restaurant brands: the Marquee Bar & Grille, Sterling’s, and Johnnie’s Jazz Bar & Grille.
